Our Service Guarantee
 

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience with Phillipa's Haircare. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

 

 

WEDDING

Deposit

$100 Deposit is required to secure the date that you have booked.

50% Deposit is required within 8 weeks from the date your booking was made.

 

This is non-refundable if wedding is cancelled

 

Full payment

Full payment for your wedding must be paid into our Bank Account 2 Weeks before, if payment is not made by the required date, Phillipa's Haircare have the right to withdraw your booking and open up that date for other potential clients.

 

Cancellation

If you cancel your wedding within 8 weeks from making your booking, you lose your $100.00 deposit.

If you cancel your wedding after your 8 week cooling off period, you lose 50% off your booking.

If you cancel your wedding 2 weeks before your wedding day (after full payment is made) you lose 100% off your booking.

Refunds

 

All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

 

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.

 

It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. 

 

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours prior will result in a $50 fee charged on your next service.

 

No Show

 

In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no-showed, full payment must be paid before rebooking your next appointment and you will be serviced on a walk-in-only basis.

Methods of payment

Phillipa's Haircare accepts Genoapay, online transfer and Cash.

Head Lice

 

It is against Salon Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

  • Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.

  • Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift certificates are redeemable at Phillipa's Haircare only for Hair services.

  • Any gift certificates received at a competition are non-transferable to any other customer.

  • Gift certificates can not be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion.

 

VIP MEMBERSHIP

By purchasing our VIP membership package you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

The VIP membership agreement is of 12 months duration

 

Your VIP membership package is not transferable to or shareable with any other person.

 

Payments are due weekly and are payable via Ezypay. You agree to maintain direct debit instructions with your bank for the amount due. Please contact us in advance should you need to cancel your Direct Debit.

 

We may make reasonable changes to the Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.


 

Payment Policy:

 

Payments are due weekly and are payable via a secure third-party website, Ezypay. Kindly note that failure to make payment will result in an additional fee of approx. $15. Please let us know beforehand should you need to cancel your membership.


 

​Cancellations Policy: 

 

VIP members who fail to reschedule or call and notify the Salon at least 24 hours before their service will also be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

 

60 days cancellation is required for all membership packages. If you are cancelling before the 12 month period, extra chargers will be incurred.

Cancellation fees of 50% of balance if cancelling within 6 months from start date. And 25% of balance after the 6 month period. 60 days notice is required for ALL cancellations.

If you are moving towns or country’s we accept cancellation of memberships if you are moving a 60km radius from Totara North.
