At Phillipa’s Hair Retreat, we want you to feel like you never have to worry about your hair another day. That’s why we curated different membership packages to help you pre-pay, pre-book and pre-plan all your appointments at once.
We aren’t just your hairdresser, we help you plan the best hair care treatment and hairstyle for you, as well. Goals are put into place for you, so we can work towards achieving the result you wish to achieve in the most professional way possible.
And as a VIP Member, you’ll also receive 10% of all our products and any additional services.

FAQs About Our VIP Membership Program
Q. Can I cancel my Membership at any time?
- 60 days cancellation is required for all membership packages. If you are cancelling before the 12 month period, extra chargers will be incurred.
Cancellation fees of 50% of balance if cancelling within 6 months from start date. And 25% of balance after the 6 month period. 60 days notice is required for ALL cancellations.
-If you are moving towns or country’s we accept cancellation of memberships if you are moving a 60km radius from Totara North.
Q. How do I sign up?
Easy! Choose which option suits you best, have your card number ready and click the box that best suits you.
*all appointments are pre-paid so when you sign up you will get you first booking after the number of weeks you have clicked to get your hair done.

Q How do I schedule my appointments?
Depending on the number of weeks you sign up for, your bookings and payments will be scheduled accordingly. You can sign up in salon so we can create your calendar together and schedule your appointments in advance.
Q. Can I schedule multiple appointments at one time?
Yes! We will schedule your appointments for the full year on your first visit with us once signed up.
Q. How long does my Membership last?
All our VIP memberships last 12 months.
Q. How do you take payments?
Payments are due weekly and are payable via a secure third-party website, Ezypay. Kindly note that failure to make payment will result in an additional fee of approx. $15. Please let us know 60 days before hand should you need to cancel your membership.
Q. What if I want to pay monthly or fortnightly?
Contact us once you have signed up and we will change the payment plan for you.
Q. What happens if my payments get mucked up?

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing our VIP membership package you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
The VIP membership agreement is of 12 months duration
Your VIP membership package is not transferable to or shareable with any other person.
Payments are due weekly and are payable via Ezypay. You agree to maintain direct debit instructions with your bank for the amount due. Please contact us in advance should you need to cancel your Direct Debit.
We may make reasonable changes to the Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.
Products exclude r+Co and keratin unless you have the smooth membership which includes all keratin products.
Payment Policy:
Payments are due weekly and are payable via a secure third-party website, Ezypay. Kindly note that failure to make payment will result in an additional fee of approx. $15. Please let us know beforehand should you need to cancel your membership.
Cancellations Policy:
VIP members who fail to reschedule or call and notify the Salon at least 24 hours before their service will also be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
